By accessing or using IQPulser located at iqpulser.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

IQPulser provides an online IQ test and displays analysis after successful payment. The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and Access

You may access the Service without creating an account. Access to the full result is available after successful payment. We may restrict access to the Service to maintain security, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

5. Payments

• Price: $9.99 (one-time payment). No subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Processor: Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms and privacy policy.
• Authorization: By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

6. Delivery of Results

After successful payment, we provide access to your IQ result and analysis. Test results are stored temporarily (up to 15 minutes) solely to enable delivery after payment. You are responsible for saving or recording your result once displayed.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting unauthorized access.
• Copying or distributing content without permission.
• Using the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Service are owned by IQPulser or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Service and results are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. IQ test results are estimates and should not be used for clinical, employment, or diagnostic decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQPulser will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IQPulser from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data, including cookies and analytics.

14. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable international consumer protection principles, without regard to conflict of law rules.
• Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@iqpulser.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Venue: If a dispute proceeds, it shall be brought in a competent court with jurisdiction over the Service operator.

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
