Terms of Use

You must be of legal age to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. If not, you may not use the Platform or submit information.

Our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein, details how we collect, use, and share your data.

• Terms: We may update these Terms by posting changes on the Platform. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
• Platform: We may modify or discontinue the Platform without notice. Your sole recourse is to stop using it.
• Subscriptions: Price or service changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle. You may cancel if you disagree.
• Additional Terms: Specific features may have Additional Terms, which take precedence if conflicting with these Terms.

• Visitors: Can browse limited features without registering.
• Registered Users: Must create an account or use a third-party login (e.g., social media) to access full features. Provide accurate registration data and secure your account.
• Subscribers: Pay for premium access. Review your purchase confirmation for details.
• Third-Party Access: Linking third-party accounts allows us to access and store certain data, subject to those platforms’ terms.
• Shared Accounts: The account owner controls shared subscriptions, which end if the owner cancels.

By submitting content (e.g., profiles, posts, or responses), you:

• Grant us a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.
• Waive moral rights and confirm you own the content or have rights to share it.
• Acknowledge content may remain accessible if shared publicly before deletion.
• Are responsible for content accuracy and compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Request deletion via alcefox19@gmail.com. Publicly shared content may persist with third parties. We retain logs for internal purposes.

• Prohibited Actions: Do not use the Platform to violate laws, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, or disrupt operations.
• Content Restrictions: Avoid posting harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• System Security: Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or system interference.
• Responsibility: You are liable for your content. We may monitor but are not obligated to.

Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. We use third-party vendors to process payments. You authorize recurring charges and are responsible for taxes and fees. Price changes will be notified per Section 3. Pause options may be available, limiting access during the pause period.

Cancel via “My Account” or alcefox19@gmail.com. Refunds may be issued for cancellations within an initial period, if applicable.

We own all Platform content, except User Content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Materials without permission. Trademarks and copyrights remain with their owners.

Use Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only, keeping all notices intact. Unauthorized use violates our rights.

Public forums are at your own risk. We may monitor but are not responsible for user posts or their accuracy.

Submissions (e.g., ideas or feedback) are non-confidential and may be used without compensation.

User testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not guaranteed to represent all users’ results.

Report infringement to alcefox19@gmail.com with required details. We may remove content or terminate accounts for repeat violations.

You are responsible for interactions with other users. We are not liable for disputes arising from these interactions.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for any damages from Platform use, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or content.

We may investigate violations, suspend accounts, or cooperate with law enforcement.

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the Platform.

Wyoming law governs, with disputes resolved under the Federal Arbitration Act for US residents.

• US Residents: Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration, with no class actions.
• Non-US Residents: Disputes follow a 60-day notice and dialogue process.

Access from outside the US is at your own risk. Comply with local laws.

You consent to electronic communications, which satisfy legal requirements for written notices.

Unenforceable provisions do not affect the remaining Terms. This is the entire agreement.
